One of the most sought after and increasingly hard to find vintage Ercol armchairs, the model 449A Windsor Bowtop armchair with the iconic flared and curved arm rests, today known as the “cowhorn” . The 1965 Ercol Catalogue describes them simply as “A dining Bow armchair with a friendly and beautifully shaped back giving the sitter supreme comfort”
